Melody Evans, M.Sc. R., Psych RMFT

Melody Evans is a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist. As a psychotherapist she treats individuals, couples, and families in her private practice, Can’t We Just Get Along Counselling Inc. Melody believes the name reflects an honest truth about life and relationships: at some point, we all struggle to get along with someone in our lives, whether it be a person we work with, live with, or even someone we love.

Melody has spent the past 16 years studying relationships and has helped many people make the positive changes they desire in their lives. She has overcome a number of life challenges, so it’s safe to say that she not only knows what challenge is but, more importantly, knows how to deal with difficulties when they arise. She would love to help you improve your life and provide support for the challenges you are facing.

Melody has earned a Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Registered Psychologist with College of Alberta Psychologists as well as a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta and a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Melody is a certified EMDR therapist with EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and a member of EMDR Canada. She is approved by (CAP) College of Alberta psychologist to supervise provisional psychologists who are obtaining full licensure with the college.

Melody lives in Calgary, Alberta with her family.

Melinda Kunyi

Melinda Kunyi obtained her Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. Melinda has experience in supporting individuals in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, anger, grief, trauma, addiction, relationship issues and career issues. Melinda utilizes solution-focused therapy along with other modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based therapies. Melinda believes in providing a safe environment for clients to thrive in, and she utilized an empathetic, non-judgmental approach.
